Resort Amenities
The club house and outdoor pavilion are great places for family gatherings and park events.For your outdoor activities there is a heated pool, tennis court, basketball court,3 play grounds for the little ones, pickle ball court and a volley ball court. Those who enjoy time on nearby Brookville Lake, a boat parking lot and fish cleaning station are available for your boating and fishing needs. There are 3 laundry facilities for your laundry needs and 3 shower houses conveniently located though out the Resort.
Heated Pool
The pool is open from Memorial Day though Labor Day.
Weekdays 11- 6
Weekends 10 -8
A pool pass is required, which is available at the office.
Club House
The Club House is divided into 2 areas and can be reserved and rented out for your indoor celebrations.
The game and TV area has board games, video games, and books to enjoy.
The meeting room/event space has a small kitchen with a stove and refrigerator. The floor space has plenty of tables and chairs to host an indoor event. There is also a covered deck that over looks the pool area.
Pavilion
The Pavilion Area is used to host the many events and entertainment venues at the resort. It is equipped with dance/party lights, fans, picnic tables, fire pit, grill and a fireplace. It is available to reserve and rent for private outdoor gatherings and celebrations.
Playgrounds
There are 3 playgrounds throughout the park for the little ones to enjoy climbing, swinging and playing in the sand.
Basketball/Tennis/Pickle Ball Courts
The combination court area is a great place to shoot some hoops, play a game of tennis, or enjoy a game of pickle ball with fellow members.
Volleyball Court
The sand volleyball court is located by the back playground, it's a great place to get your friends and family together for a little friendly competition.
Fish Cleaning Station
The fish cleaning station is available to clean your fresh catch of the day. It has a fish cleaning area with disposal and wash sink.
Boat Parking
The boat parking area is located across the street from the main resort. The gated and marked boat parking spaces can be purchased annually at the office to store your boat/trailer.
Laundry Facilities
There are 3 coin operated laundry facilities in the resort, 2 with 1 washer/dryer in the back bath houses and the main laundry facility with ample washers and dryers located on Sycamore Lane.
Bath Houses
The resort has 3 bath houses, 2 are located in the back half of the park and the third one which is heated is located at the club house.
